SCRIPTURES FROM KJB – ON PROPHECY IN THE BIBLE:

2 Peter 1:20

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.”
King James Version (KJV)

Revelation 19:10 KJV

And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: **for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.**

The Godhead vs. The Trinity -
Which IS Biblical
and which ISN'T, Part 4, KJV

On Pages 2546, 2547, 2548 in The Compact Edition of The Oxford English Dictionary, and see what I came up with for On, At, By with preposition, for the verses below for RIGHT and RIGHT HAND - with Jesus having direct, legitimate, justified position of honor. All power, authority, honor, are His and Him alone:

All KJV - Acts 2:25

25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved.

Acts 2:34 KJB:

34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

Acts 7:55-56 KJV:

55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Hebrews 1:3 KJV:

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

Hebrews 10:12 KJV:

“Corresponding to ON, at (Da. at, Sw, att) in gefa at efa to give one at eat, i.e. to eat. But not, like it, used with the simple infinitive ; the nearest approach to which was in the phrase ‘ That is at say ‘ = Fr. c’est á dire” SO AT AND ON ARE THE SAME.

12 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

1 Peter 3:22 KJV:

22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

Psalm 110:1 KJB:

110 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

So AT or ON in Acts 2:25, Acts 2:34, Acts 7:55-56, Hebrews 1:3,
Hebrews 10:12, Hebrews 12:2, 1 Peter 3:22, and Psalm 110:1 (ALL from KJV), come from this, and mean the same thing, right? FROM AT, on Page 133 of The Compact Edition of The Oxford English Dictionary:

“Corresponding to ON, at (Da. at, Sw, att) in gefa at efa to give one at eat, i.e. to eat. But not, like it, used with the simple infinitive ; the nearest approach to which was in the phrase ‘ That is at say ‘ = Fr. c’est á dire”

And BY in the following Two Verses means “to the extent of” Page 308 The Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary: Page 308: 13 – “Through or to the extent of, throughout.”

Acts 2:33 KJV:

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

And PRECEDENCE means: Page 2270 The Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary:

2. To go before in rank or importance ; to occupy a position before or above ; to take precedence of.

3. To go or come before in order or arrangement ; to stand or be placed before or in front of.

*** Psalm 110:1 doesn’t look like a Metaphor, but AT is still the same as ON in this, right?

Page 133 of The Compact Edition of The Oxford English Dictionary

“Corresponding to ON, at (Da. at, Sw, att) in gefa at efa to give one at eat, i.e. to eat. But not, like it, used with the simple infinitive ; the nearest approach to which was in the phrase ‘ That is at say ‘ = Fr. c’est á dire”

Metaphor means: A figure of speech in which a word, words, or phrase is applied to an object or action to which it is not literally applicable.
“her poetry depends on suggestion and metaphor.”

Or Metaphor means: A thing regarded as representative or symbolic of something else, especially something abstract.
“the amounts of money being lost by the company were enough to make it a metaphor for an industry that was teetering.”
